Castello delle Serre

The earliest document mentioning the castle at Serre di Rapolano dates back to 836AD. Since then the castle has undergone many changes, most notably a majestic remodelling in the late 1800’s which turned the fortress into a palace-like residence. Now, over 150 years later, the castle has been restored again with the same criteria that the discerning noble families used in the past. The restoration is true to the architectural beauty of past periods, with all the comforts we count on today.

This majestic property is located in the heart of the Crete Senesi, the area that has sparked a worldwide love affair with Tuscany. Fattoria di Cinciano

Borgo San Luigi

Borgo San Luigi is a beautiful, carefully restored 17th century rural village tucked away amidst gentle rolling Chianti hills. A splendid natural park of over 60,000 sqm houses this four-star dream hotel for lovers of nature, art, wine and gourmet experiences, a mere stone’s throw from the most prestigious Chianti and Brunello wineries. Relais Borgo San Luigi has a congress centre conveniently equipped for all types of events, with two meeting halls of different sizes and a splendid sheltered area by the edge of the swimming pool. The wide halls can seat up to 150 people for congresses, conferences, conventions, business meetings and training courses, and participants will be well looked after by the professional Relais Meeting Manager.

Fattoria di Bucciano

Borgo di Bucciano consists of the main converted farmhouse and the Cardinal villa tucked away amidst the hills of San Miniato.

Guests are welcomed in 11 apartments of different sizes, furnished with great attention to details with modern amenities such as air-conditioning, WIFI and satellite TV, ensuring enjoyable holidays for all.

The estate boasts marvelous outdoor spaces including a large terrace, an Italian garden and a luxurious swimming pool overlooking the garden with fruit trees.

Bucciano is the perfect starting point for exploring Tuscany with favourite destinations such as Florence and Pisa only a 30-minute drive away and the charming towns of Siena and Lucca within an hour's reach.

Il Pratale

Fattoria Pratale is a splendid converted farming estate in the historic Chianti Classico region among the vineyards of the Tuscan countryside, a short walk from the delightful Badia a Passignano. Two ancient rustic manor houses, surrounded by lush greenery, have been tastefully and elegantly renovated and divided into 22 charming and delightful independent apartments boasting amazing views of the endless sloping hills. The apartments are warmly decorated and maintain the architectural features of traditional Tuscan country style with terracotta floors, beamed ceilings and stone vaults. The estate also features 3 beautiful swimming pools overlooking the vineyards with wading areas for children and spas, flanked by sunbeds, deckchairs and umbrellas.

Fattoria Pratale dates back to the 10th Century. Today the property covers an area of 80 hectars (200 acres), part of which is dedicated to growing grapes for their Chianti Classico Gallo Nero wines. The rural homes of Pratale are a fundamental part of the natural Tuscan landscape of tall cypress trees dotting the rolling fields between vineyards and lush forests.

La Canonica di Cortine

La Canonica di Cortine is conveniently located in Tuscany, in the region of Chianti, halfway between Florence and Siena and close to the most visited Tuscan tourist sites such as Greve in Chianti, Radda in Chianti, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Pisa, Volterra, Lucca…

The property is housed in the ancient castle of Cortine, completely renovated, and stands among vineyards, olive trees and woods.

La Canonica di Cortine offers three different kinds of accommodation: the luxury Villa Castrum, the self-catering apartments and the Bed & Breakfast “Torre Vecchia”. All the accommodations have original features including wood-beamed ceilings and antique tiled floors.

Two large outdoor pools and a secluded landscaped garden allow our guests to spend a totally relaxing holiday.

Locanda in Tuscany

Locanda in Tuscany is situated in the breathtaking Val d’Orcia valley, a UNESCO heritage site located just south of Siena. It features 9 rooms, many with a private garden and stunning views over the valley. The accommodations are divided into 2 suites, 4 junior suites, 2 deluxe rooms and and 1 superior room.

This luxury country resort features charming outdoor spaces, a massage area and a luxurious swimming pool (20mt x 3mt) with panoramic views over the Val d'Orcia. The estate also features a gourmet restaurant that can welcome up to 60 people indoors and up to 200 in the adjacent garden.

Villa La Massa

Villa La Massa is a 16th century architectural gem. It was built as a country home for an aristocratic Florentine family during the Medici period and four centuries later was transformed into a luxury hotel. A beautiful countryside retreat on the banks of the Arno river with Florence on your doorstep, Villa La Massa is a bucolic oasis located at the intersection of history between Florence and the Chianti region.

Part of the Leading Hotels of the World, Villa La Massa became one of the Villa d'Este Hotels in 1998. Its three buildings were lovingly restored to the splendor of grand Tuscan villas which is reflected in its décor and atmosphere.

The estate is graced with 22 acres of gardens that surround it, including the new Iris garden, full of paths that lead you to the Arno River. Villa Le Fontanelle

This historical villa, originally a simple peasant farm, in the XV century became one of the properties of the illustrious Medici family. It was here that the Platonic codes were translated which gave birth to the Florentine Neoplatonic Academy (in the villa there is still evidence of this heritage, such as the siren statue in the middle of the marble pool of the Italian garden).

The current owners have lovingly restored the property with incredible attention to every single color, furniture and fabric in the quest to create a unique location, a dreamy environment where beauty is manifested everywhere, a feast for the eyes and a shelter for the soul.

More than 30.000 different plants have been planted in the garden, creating a truly unique setting. A walk through the gardens is a wonderful experience with its many fascinating open-air spaces that are perfectly merged with the surrounding environment: the parterre de Boudeville, the Italian garden, a tiny lake, a collection of flowers like roses, hydrangeas, and peonies. The different paths inside the property offer guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the amazing landscapes and breathe the magic in the air.

Another unique location is the winter garden, set in a old iron greenhouse restored in the finest detail, where the glass panes allow a soft light to penetrate indoors, giving life to an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. Completely transformed into a modern lounge, it is the ideal setting for guests to enjoy total privacy and quiet while reading a book or pampering themselves with a wide selection of teas from all over the world.

The estate also features a lovely chapel that stands among the gardens’ oak trees. Inside, a wonderful mosaic adorns the wall and under a “starry sky” the sun rays light up the majestic marble altar. Through the wide glass windows a stunning view opens up before you.

La Fornace

The Fornace of Sammontana is situated in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by endless charming Florentine hills. The Fornace was once part of an estate that belonged to the illustrious Medici family. In the Middle Ages it became a site for the production of ceramic and terracotta vases, hence the name “fornace” which means “furnace”. After passing through the hands of various noble families, today it is the exclusive location for a various events such as weddings, celebrations and other important gatherings.

Imagine the splendid colours of Tuscany and the warm Tuscan sunset lighting up the antique walls of the complex. A pristine garden of 2000 square meters features the iconic olive trees typical of this part of Italy. The complex retains its original architectural features but today is a wonderful mix of past and present with its luxurious furnishings, refined details and modern amenities.

Just a quick drive from Florence (15 minutes away), La Fornace's complex is composed of the spacious main event space that spreads over 2 floors, a farmhouse where the restaurant and 2 halls are located, 2 suites where guests can be accomodated, a veranda and extensive gardens. The gourmet restaurant located in the ancient farmhouse offers delightful menus that bring together Tuscan tradition with innovative cuisine through the chef's creative flair. A vast selection of local wines and artisanal beers will satisfy even the most discerning guests.

Villa Stomennano

Stomennano was an ancient hamlet dating back to 1254, today converted into a luxurious country resort. A picturesque avenue of tall cypress trees leads up to the village made up of various converted farmhouses, wine cellars, olive and oil mills, stables and a small church slightly beyond the villa. It is still a working estate of 250 hectares (625 acres) surrounded by iconic Tuscan olive groves and woodlands.

The estate can accommodate up to 34 guests and is composed by the main noble villa, various farmhouses, the barn, 2 swimming pools, a barbecue area, a bocce ball court, and extensive gardens. Since 1700 the villa has belonged to the same family and retains the intimate atmosphere and elegance of a family home, featuring antique furnishings and frescoed ceilings. The lovely Italian garden has 2 terraced areas and is adorned with fountains and antique statues.

For large celebrations, the estate features ballrooms that can seat up to 80, the Granary which can seat up to 190 people and the Lemon Tree House that can seat up to 50 people.

Located near the medieval fortress village of Monteriggioni (where wedding ceremonies can easily be arranged at the church in its picturesque piazza) Stomennano is a mere 15-minute drive from Siena and Florence can easily be reached in 40 minutes. It is the perfect starting point for visiting Tuscany with its many hilltop villages and artistic sites.

Agriturismo Poggiacolle

Agriturismo Poggiacolle lies in the province of Siena, only 2 km away from San Gimignano.

It is located in the surrounding hilly countryside just opposite the ancient medieval town, thus offering breath-taking views over the Tuscany country and the town of San Gimignano with the unique profile of its towers.

Poggiacolle farmhouse is in the heart of Tuscany, close to Volterra and at no more than 1 hour driving from the most important art towns in our region (Siena, Florence, Pisa, Arezzo, Lucca). 

The holiday villa is in the heart of the property, which consists of vineyards, olive groves, green pastures and woods of oak, holm and chestnut. In such scenery, at sunset, our guests might bump into the Tuscan wildlife: pheasants, hares, foxes, deers and wild boars.

According to typical rural tradition of Chianti area and Tuscany, in general, Poggiacolle farmhouse lies over 2 hills and farms vineyards and olive groves. The holiday villa, an original Tuscany building dating back to 1700, is just 2km away from San Gimignano (Siena). The property measures about 40 hectares with its organically farmed produce. In the property of this organic farmhouse, in addition to vineyards and olive groves, there are green pastures.
